Mind Wellbeing Workshops

These workshops are run by Sahba or trained Fount facilitators who will build on the Mind Wellbeing workbook in order to enhance the learning of participants. The program provides people from all walks of life with simple, yet life-changing, strategies to improve their mental health and wellbeing. This course gives you the tools to take your mental health into your own hands! You will learn the art of optimising your own mental health and preventing mental health problems for yourself and your family, using scientific and evidence based techniques. During each session, the group facilitator will take you through a discovery journey to help you learn about your mind and how to find inner happiness.

Some of the content covered in this workshop include:

  • Helpful and unhelpful ways of thinking

  • Healthy ways of managing emotions

  • How to feel happier and less anxious

  • How to be kinder to yourself and improve your self esteem

  • How to reverse the impact of problematic past experiences on your current life

  • How to manage tasks and better organise your life

  • How to improve your communication and have healthier relationships
