Features of Supervision

Sahba uses an integrative approach in both psychotherapy and supervision. She is passionate about assisting her supervisees in optimising therapeutic outcomes and achieving success by drawing upon the latest advancements in psychological literature (particularly transdiagnostic research), evidence-based interventions, and Fount Clinician’s novel models and formulas.

In addition, Sahba's supervisory style emphasises the developmental journey of supervisees, fostering not only skill enhancement, but also their personal growth. Supervisees can expect a supportive and collaborative environment, with a safe and nurturing space for exploration. Sahba is approachable and empathetic, and is adept at weaving self-reflective practice into her supervision work, aimed at fostering both professional skills, personal growth and profound self-awareness in her supervisees. This fosters increased resilience, self-care, an authentic therapeutic presence, and heightened insight, ultimately elevating their therapeutic skills to new heights.

Sahba offers individual and group supervision options, in particular as an adjunct to complement each Fount Clinician module.
