Implementing Mind Wellbeing in your Workplace

Most traditional workplace programs require a massive infrastructure of ongoing accreditation walls, certified trainers or expensive external presenters.

‍ ‍ Mind Wellbeing is built differently.

Our evidence based curriculum was engineered so that the book itself acts as the instructor. It is a manualised, step by step guide designed to be studied in a peer led setting. This removes the need for external facilitators or internal train the trainer accreditations.

Your teams simply gather in a workshop setting, open the book, and let the step by step drills run the session. The book provides the strict boundaries, layout, and sequence for the session, allowing the group to lead itself safely without an external expert.

Mind Wellbeing is not a vulnerable disclosure circle or therapeutic group. Instead it treats mental health skill training exactly like any other professional competency. Participants are given the tools to manage and process their own personal stressors privately, while the group environment is used strictly to master the skills and learn the relevant concepts.
