Faulty or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.

Change of mind: We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
