Ideal candidates to train as Mind Wellbeing facilitators include workplace health and safety (WHS) officers, wellbeing or mental health champions, HR professionals, learning and development (L&D) coordinators, EAP coordinators or any other staff members who have a natural aptitude for leadership and support.
Once trained, these facilitators can plan, schedule, and run Mind Wellbeing groups tailored to your workplace’s needs, equipped with the essential knowledge and tools to lead these sessions confidently.
